When you sign up to ConnectQR using your email and password, we’ll send you a verification email to confirm your address. You must click the link in this email to verify your account before you can log in.
Check your inbox (and spam folder)
The email is usually delivered within a couple of minutes, but can occasionally take a little longer. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Request a new verification email
If you haven’t received the email or it’s been lost, you can request a new one. To do this:
- Go to the login screen and enter your email and password.
- If your account is still unverified, you’ll see a screen asking you to verify your email.
- Click the “Click to request another link” option at the bottom of that screen.
This will send another confirmation email to your registered email address.
Still not receiving the email?
If you still haven’t received anything after requesting another link, please double-check that you entered the correct email address during signup.
