How to Sign Up and Log In to ConnectQR

Signing up for ConnectQR is quick and easy. This guide will show you how to create your account, log in, and what to expect after signing up.

Signing up for a ConnectQR account

To create a new account, visit our signup page.

You can choose to sign up in two ways:

• Sign up with Google — Fast and secure using your Google account
• Sign up with Email — Enter your name, email address, and create a password

Password requirements:

Your password must include:

• A minimum of 8 characters
• At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• At least one number (0-9)
• At least one special character (e.g., @, !, #, %, etc.)

Email Verification: If you sign up using your email address, we’ll send you an email with a link to verify your account. You must click the verification link before you can log in. This helps ensure your email address is valid and prevents spam accounts.

Note: This step is not required for Google signups. If you sign up with Google, you’ll be logged in automatically and taken straight to your dashboard.

What happens after signing up?

When you create an account, you'll automatically start a 14-day free trial of our Plus plan — no credit card required.

During your trial you’ll get access to:

• 250 Dynamic QR Codes
• 50 AI QR Code Credits
• 500 Shortened URLs
• Unlimited QR Code and Short URL scans with real-time analytics

After your free trial ends, your account will automatically switch to our free plan unless you add a payment method.

Logging in to ConnectQR

To log in to your account, go to the login page and choose the method you used when signing up:

• If you signed up with Google — click "Sign in with Google"
• If you signed up with email — enter your email address and password

There is also an option to stay logged in by checking "Keep me logged in".

Resetting your password

If you signed up with an email and password but have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.

We’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password.
