How do I update my email or password?

You can update your email address or password from your Profile page. To access it, click your name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Profile from the dropdown menu, or go directly to https://dashboard.connectqr.ai/account/profile.

Updating your email address

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. In the My Detail tab, next to your email address, click the Change email link.
3. Enter your new email address in the popup modal and click Save.
4. We’ll send a confirmation email to the new address. Click the link in that email to verify it.

Your email address won’t be updated until the verification link is clicked.

Updating your password

You can change your password if you originally signed up with your email address and password.

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Click the Password tab.
3. Enter your current password, followed by your new password and confirmation.
4. Click Save to update your password.

Note: If you signed up with Google, you won’t see the Password tab since your login is managed through your Google account.
