I can't log in - what should I check?

If you're having trouble logging in to your ConnectQR account, here are a few things to try before reaching out to support.

1. Check your login method

There are two ways to log in:

  • Email and password: If you signed up using your email address, use that email and the password you chose.
  • Google login: If you signed up with Google, click Sign in with Google — you won’t be able to log in using email and password for this account.

Tip: If you’re not sure which method you used, try the Google option first. If your email is linked to a Google account, it will log you in automatically.

2. Double-check your email and password

  • Make sure there are no typos in your email address
  • Passwords are case-sensitive — make sure CAPS LOCK isn’t on

If you’re unsure of your password, use the Forgot password? link on the login page to reset it.

3. Didn’t receive your verification email?

If you just signed up with your email address, you'll need to verify it before you can log in. Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for an email from us.

Tip: If you can’t find it, see I signed up but didn’t get a verification email for help.

4. Try another browser or device

Sometimes browser extensions or cache issues can cause problems. Try logging in using:

  • A private/incognito browser window
  • A different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • A different device, if available

5. Still can’t log in?

If none of the above help, our team is happy to assist. Please reach out and include the email address you're trying to log in with along with any error messages you’re seeing and we’ll help you get back in.
