You can add or update your payment method for ConnectQR at any time from your Account Settings.
This guide will show you how to add a new payment method or update your existing one.
Where to manage your payment details
To access your billing settings, go to:
https://dashboard.connectqr.ai/account/settings#billing
Adding a new payment method
If you don’t currently have a payment method saved, you will see an "Add a payment" option.
Click the "+" button next to it.
This will open a secure payment form where you can enter your card details.
Once added, your payment method will be securely saved for future billing.
Updating or changing your payment method
If you already have a payment method saved and want to change it, go to the same billing settings page and click:
"Manage Billing"
This will open your billing account with our payment provider where you can:
- Add a new payment method
- View billing history
Why should I add a payment method?
Adding a payment method ensures your account stays on your chosen paid plan after your free trial ends.
If you don’t add a payment method before your trial ends, your account will automatically move to our Free Plan, and some of your QR Codes, Short URLs, Forms, or Pages may be paused if they exceed the free tier limits.
