How do I delete my account?

If you no longer wish to use ConnectQR, you can delete your account at any time. This process is permanent, so please make sure you've saved any important data before continuing.


Who can delete the account?

Only the account owner can delete a ConnectQR account. If you're on a plan that allows multiple users, please note that there is only one account owner — and only they can trigger the deletion.


How to delete your account

To delete your account:

  1. Visit your Account Settings page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account".
  3. In the confirmation popup, type DELETE in the box to confirm.
  4. Click Delete.

Once confirmed, you’ll be immediately logged out and will no longer have access to your account.


What happens next?

  • You’ll receive an email confirming that your account has been deleted.
  • Your data will be placed into a 30-day hold period before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

During this 30-day grace period, you can contact our support team if you change your mind and want to reinstate your account.
