How do I cancel my subscription?

If you no longer need a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.


Where to cancel your subscription

Go to your billing settings here:

https://dashboard.connectqr.ai/account/settings#billing

Then click the "Manage Billing" button.

This will open your secure billing portal with our payment provider.


How to cancel

  1. In the billing portal, select your active subscription.
  2. Click the option to Cancel or Downgrade to Free.
  3. Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation.

Your current plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will move to the Free plan.


What happens to your content?

Once your account is on the Free plan, your allowances will be reduced. If you have more QR Codes, Short URLs, Forms, or Pages than the Free plan allows, the newest items will be automatically paused.

You can unpause them later if you decide to upgrade again.


Changed your mind?

You can upgrade again anytime by going to Change Plan in your billing settings.
