You can change your ConnectQR subscription at any time from your Account Settings — whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing.
Where to manage your plan
Go to your billing settings:
https://dashboard.connectqr.ai/account/settings#billing
Click "Change Plan" next to your current plan.
How to upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Click "Change Plan" to open the plans menu.
- Use the toggle to view Monthly or Annual pricing.
- Click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" on the plan you'd like to switch to.
Downgrading:
You’ll be shown a confirmation message letting you know the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Important: If your current usage exceeds the limits of your new plan, we will automatically pause your newest QR Codes, Short URLs, Forms, or Pages.
We do this to help preserve your oldest and most likely most important items. Paused items can be unpaused later if you upgrade again.
Upgrading:
You’ll be shown the price of the new plan and a pro-rata charge (a partial payment) to cover the upgrade from now until the end of your current billing cycle. After payment, your new plan will be active immediately.
