How do I check how many QR codes I’ve used?

If you're on a plan with a limit on the number of Dynamic QR codes, it's important to keep track of your remaining allowance so you can plan ahead and avoid reaching your limit.

Check your remaining QR codes

You can view how many Dynamic QR codes you have left by going to your My ConnectQR page. At the top, you'll see a card labeled Dynamic QR Code remaining.

For example, if it shows 245/250, it means you have 245 Dynamic QR codes left out of your total allowance of 250 — so you've used 5 so far.

Things to keep in mind

• This only applies to Dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes are unlimited and don’t count toward your usage limit.
• If you delete a Dynamic QR code, it frees up space in your allowance — the number of remaining codes will go up.
• When you downgrade to a plan with a smaller allowance, any Dynamic QR codes over the new limit will be paused automatically.
