How do I download my QR code?

Once you've created or updated a QR code in ConnectQR, you can download it at any time in your preferred format. Here’s how to do it.

Option 1: From the “Done” screen after creating your QR code

After you’ve completed the QR code setup, you’ll land on the confirmation screen. From here:

1. Select your preferred format: JPG, PNG, or SVG
2. Click the Download button

This is the quickest way to grab your code right after creation.

Option 2: From the “My ConnectQR” screen

You can also download your QR code later at any time:

1. Go to ConnectQR → My ConnectQR
2. Hover over the QR code image for the one you want to download
3. Click the magnifying glass icon that appears
4. In the popup modal, choose the file format and click Download

✅ This method is perfect if you need a clean copy or want to reprint your code later.

Which format should I choose?

Tip: For printed materials, we highly recommend using the SVG format to maintain clarity at all sizes.
