Once you've created or updated a QR code in ConnectQR, you can download it at any time in your preferred format. Here’s how to do it.
Option 1: From the “Done” screen after creating your QR code
After you’ve completed the QR code setup, you’ll land on the confirmation screen. From here:
- Select your preferred format: JPG, PNG, or SVG
- Click the Download button
This is the quickest way to grab your code right after creation.
Option 2: From the “My ConnectQR” screen
You can also download your QR code later at any time:
- Go to ConnectQR → My ConnectQR
- Hover over the QR code image for the one you want to download
- Click the magnifying glass icon that appears
- In the popup modal, choose the file format and click Download
✅ This method is perfect if you need a clean copy or want to reprint your code later.
Which format should I choose?
Format | Best for | Benefits |
---|---|---|
JPG | Basic web use | Small file size, widely supported |
PNG | Higher-quality screen use | Transparent background, crisp detail |
SVG | Professional printing | Scales infinitely without loss of quality — ideal for posters, packaging, etc. |
Tip: For printed materials, we highly recommend using the SVG format to maintain clarity at all sizes.
